Great order, bad shipping

It took like a month for it to finally ship but other than that the seeds are amazing and are already growing beautifully for me! My beardie loves the bee pollen as well!

We did check your order and it looks like it took 5 business days for it to process (ordered on Saturday August 5th and then shipped out on Friday August 11th) and then was delivered by Monday, August 14th, well under the month you are stating it took to ship out, so I'm not sure where that is coming from.. Our shipping terms do state shipping within 3-5 business days to process and then shipping is via shipping service selected, which is what we accomplished. Looks like you order was processed, shipped out and you received it in less than two weeks which gave you plenty of time to get those seeds going strong before the beginning of September, which is wonderful to hear! We hope you enjoy your new little sprouts and we are happy to hear that your beardie loves the bee pollen!
